how it came to be…
over the course of the last few years, we’ve been a part of numerous conversations with folks who want to socialize, but often feel their options are limited to bars and parties. when asked, "so what do you do to fulfill your socializing needs?" the most common answer has been "i just hang out with my friends." well, that's what we do too.
so, we began to wonder what it could look like to create a socially integrative space that feels like both, "just hanging out with my friends" and “i’m going out for a good time”- thus the holding space was born.

the menu for each event is different, whether it be a whiskey tasting, brunch or dinner, we take many things into consideration, i.e. guests allergies and dietary needs or restrictions. our goal is for everything about this experience to feel like it is made just for you…because it is.
engaging conversation
good food + good conversation = a great time.
for each kickback, we collaborate with a guest co-curator who takes on the responsibility of choosing a topic of discussion for the evening and planting the seed to bring that discussion to life. guest co-curators do not have to be experts on the topics they choose and we do not expect or ask them to moderate the evening. the co-curator will get the conversation going and we always leave space for flow. we want the conversation to build and move organically. fellowship & connection
everything about our events is thought of and created with intention. our goal is to provide an experience that is filled with as much love and joy as it is intention and opportunity.
at each event, you’ll get to meet, fellowship and connect with new people. these connections often lead to new friendships, professional relationships and opportunities to collaborate with new people and co-curate with us!
